Cancellation Policy
All services require an appointment and full payment at the time of booking. Clients must complete an intake form and submit requested documents (e.g., current resume, job postings) at least 24 hours before the session. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit their payment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at the provider's discretion. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.
